Experience required

We require all our nurses, healthcare and support workers to have a minimum of six months experience in the UK Healthcare sector before we can register you for temporary, flexible and temporary to permanent work opportunities.

References

We will require two written UK references for all workers. For nursing and healthcare work, all references must be professional and relevant to your healthcare experience.

Documents

If you would like to work in the private sector please here is a list of documents which we require from you:

• Employment History (on the application form)
• Enhanced DBS disclosure (in your application pack)
• Induction training – to be completed after your interview
• Passport
• Right to work in the UK/visa
• NMC certificate/Pin number if qualified
• Any Qualification certificates gained (if different from NMC) i.e NVQ 2
• Copy of any previous training certificates
• Driving licence (if you intend to drive to any shifts)
• 3 x passport photographs – two for your ID badge and one to be held on file by us

If you would like to work in the NHS we require all of the above documentation, plus a completed Occupational Health Questionnaire. You will also be required to have some immunisations, details of which will be discussed at your interview.

Documentation can be sent back with your completed application form or brought to your interview. Do not worry if you have not got all or any of the documents listed below – we will help you all the way!
